Oh no, Jay Carney brought props; let the mocking begin

White House press secretary Jay Carney had a new prop in place Friday to assist him in conveying administration talking points to the media during the daily press briefings — a flat screen monitor.

A decision that was quickly seized upon as a prime opportunity to mock the embattled Carney, which makes one wonder if the brain-trust at the White House really thought the idea through.

The Washington Examiner’s Charlie Spiering tweeted an image showing the screen, almost daring “photoshoppers” to engage, as chronicled by Twitchy:
