It was a real live “Ferris Bueller” moment during Wednesday’s House Oversight Committee hearing when none of the Obama administration’s top Internet Technology people could answer how much it’s going to cost to fix the broken healthcare.gov website.
There was shifting and squirming, but absolute silence from the panel when U.S. Rep. John Duncan, R-Tenn., asked how much more, on top of the $600 million already spent, it will cost to fix the site.
“Does anybody know? Does anybody have any idea how much all this is going to cost us in the end? Nobody knows?” Duncan asked.
