President Obama appears to be missing a lot of what’s going on in the news, claiming he doesn’t know about some of the biggest scandals that have rocked the White House, instead of taking responsibility for them.
The Republican National Committee illustrated that point in a series of video clips compiled in their latest web video ad, “Bystander President.”
“What is worse, that the president knew this or didn’t know this?” Politico’s senior political reporter Maggie Haberman asks in a video clip.
