There has been some interesting evidence appearing online to suggest that the controversial Playboy model turned high school Spanish teacher may have been fired from her job.

Television tabloid show, “Inside Edition,” reported that Cristy Nicole Deweese, 21, Playboy Online’s February 2011 “Coed of the Month,” texted them on Oct. 10 saying, “They fired me!”

Students and parents reportedly viewed – and viewed and viewed – the “muy picante” Playboy model’s online video and photos from her college days, leading one mom to complain Deweese was now a distraction in the classroom, the Dallas Morning News reported on Oct. 5.

“Are her male 16- and 17-year-old students looking at her without picturing her nude?” the parent complained to the paper. “And for the female students, is this someone they can respect as an educator, someone that they can look up to?”

Tweets, allegedly coming from Deweese’s account, strongly suggest the first-year teacher was indeed fired after school officials in the Dallas Independent School District discovered she had posed nude at age 18.

Multiple news sources have reported the Dallas Independent School District will not comment on the situation, but tweets believed to be from Deweese said the following:

Deweese, who went by the name Cristy Nicole when she modeled, tweeted on Oct. 10 that she “reactivated her “Model Mayhem” account, which reads, “I’ve been modeling since I was 12, quit for a while to pursue teaching and now I’m back.”

According to tweets allegedly from students, a petition was started in support of Deweese, and others expressed Señorita Deweese is missed.
