University of Colorado at Boulder students are generally considered a liberal lot, but you wouldn’t know it from some of the responses given by them when asked who is to blame for the government shutdown. Those interviewed by Campus Reform almost overwhelmingly pointed their finger at either President Obama or Democrats.
“He’s [Obama] just being really stubborn, not willing to negotiate at all, not taking any ideas from anyone else, it’s either his way or the highway and apparently we got to shutdown the government because of that,” one student told Campus Reform on Tuesday.
“Obamacare is stupid. You shouldn’t be required to have health care,” another student said.
Perhaps either Colorado has suddenly become an enclave for the right, or these students just don’t look forward to sleeping in their parents’ basement after graduation.
