Beckel hammered for saying ‘it’s time we move on,’ get over 9-11

When Japan surprised the world by attacking the American naval base at Pearl Harbor, Hawaii on Dec. 7, 1941, the battle cry “Remember Pearl Harbor” rallied the nation as it went to war.

Fast-forward 72 years later and liberal America’s slogan in the aftermath of the attack on Sept. 11, 2001 — the first attack on American soil since Pearl Harbor — is “It’s Time We Move On.”

At least, according to liberal commentator Bob Beckel, who said Saturday on Fox News’ “Cashin’ In” that “9/11 is over a decade old; it’s time we move on.”

And Twitchy reminds us that this is not the first time Beckel has said as much. Back in 2010, he said: “Look, at some point, I know it’s sensitive here in New York and probably New Jersey, but we are going to have to get over 9/11.”
