‘Holy war’ comes to South Florida

Over the weekend, someone had spray-painted the word “jihad” in large block letters along I-95 near Delray Beach, Fla., which set off a mini-holy war while a local news crew was filming.

The message was clearly visible to northbound traffic in this heavily-traveled section of the interstate, according to CBS12News.

A local CBS affiliate film crew was on hand interviewing activists waving American flags when an unidentified motorists stopped, hopped out of his car and shouted, “You’re all brainwashed!”

There was a bit of back-and-forth when Damon Rosen, who was being interviewed by the news crew, jumped into the fray.

“Take that sh*t back to the Muslim land”, he screamed.

After more words were exchanged, the motorist left one parting shot before getting back into his car and speeding off.

“Just for the record there are no fu**ing terrorists”, he screamed.

And that’s how the war on terror went, in microcosm, right here in South Florida.
