In this video, Howard Stern guest contributor Joey Boots starts yelling at U.S. Congressman Charles Rangel, saying, “You’re a crook, you should be in jail,” while he’s riding in an open car at the Bronx Puerto Rican Day Parade in New York City. Rangel, always a class act, gives Boots “the finger” four times.
