A news conference was held Thursday by several of the parents of the Navy SEAL Team Six members killed in 2011 when their helicopter was shot down in Afghanistan, where the U.S. government was said to be “as much responsible for the deaths of their sons as is the Taliban.”
Just as disturbing is an accusation that U.S. military officials allowed an Imam to “desecrate” the bodies of the dead American soldiers at a memorial service in Afghanistan.
On Sunday, two of those parents, Karen and Billy Vaughn, went on FOX and Friends with host Tucker Carlson to say there has been no response from the Pentagon or the White House since Thursday’s riveting press conference.
BizPac Review reported on the details of this press conference, where serious charges were leveled against the Obama administration, to include claims of a cover-up.
In saying that it was now “too late” for an apology, Billy Vaughn challenged President Obama to defend the policy that permitted the Muslim cleric to pray over the fallen soldiers:
“…to defend the policy that in this United States government allows the body of a slain warrior to be desecrated and allows the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob to be mocked.”
