The latest sign that the end-days are upon us may be found in a new trend called “trunking.” The sheer cruelty of this practice is hard to fathom.
“Trunking” is described by an animal rights activist during an interview with WPLG Local 10 in South Florida:
“[They] put the dogs in the trunk, lock it up, and they run around, put the music on very, very loud so no one can hear it. After 10 or 15 minutes, they stop. The dead dog they throw out and the winner keeps going with it.”
Does this really happen?
A good Samaritan in Miami-Dade County called animal services Wednesday, saying a pet owner repetitively threw dogs in a trunk and let them fight to the death, according to Local 10.
When authorities responded, they found five adult dogs and four puppies in crates, with many covered in scars and open wounds. One of the dogs had teeth marks on his face.
