CNN host apologizes for saying Tsarnaev posted ‘Islamic’ videos

On CNN’s “State of the Union” Sunday, host Candy Crowley felt the need to apologize for referring to the radical Islamic videos that Boston Marathon bomber Tamerlan Tsarnaev posted on his social media page as “Islamic videos.”

In a show of how ingrained the group-think mentality is on the left, Crowley automatically corrects herself, reclassifying the videos as “terrorist videos.”

The transcript, courtesy of Newsbusters:

Let me just, let me put it a different way, and that is that first of all we know that both the CIA and the FBI were told by Russia, their counterparts, “You got to look at this guy, we think he’s been radicalized. We think he’s a terrorist.”

Then we have the fact that up came these, at some point after a trip to Russia and before it, up came Islamic videos, or, I’m sorry, terrorist videos on his website.

Yet another sign of the gatekeepers in the media looking to protect the legacy of President Obama by preventing the attack in Boston from being categorized for what it truly is — the first significant act of terror committed on U.S. soil by Islamic extremists since Sept. 11, 2001.
