Police release thermal images of bombing suspect in boat

Once Boston Marathon bombing suspect Dzhokhar Tsarnaev was discovered hiding under a cover on a boat in a residential Watertown backyard, police helicopters surveyed the area with thermal imaging cameras.

Released late Saturday afternoon by the Massachusetts State Police, the images clearly show the outline of Tsarnaev lying in the bottom of the boat. The images also show the robot sent in to survey the area and look under the boat’s cover.
