Ingraham incensed by press’ wording of Thatcher obituary

Conservative talk radio host Laura Ingraham appeared on Fox and Friends Tuesday morning to discuss the media’s coverage of the death of former British Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher.

The Associated Press has been showing its bias lately, beginning with its substitution of the term “illegal immigrant” with “undocumented immigrant,” followed in short order by outright removing the term “Islamist” in the AP Stylebook.

AP’s latest example is the wording of its obituary of Baroness Thatcher as compared to that of Venezuelan dictator Hugo Chavez.

The Thatcher obituary remarked that she had “imposed her will on the people,” whereas Chavez was made to sound both heroic and a fun guy.

Ingraham noted that President Obama has been imposing his will on the American people for over four years, yet the mainstream media never seems to mention this.
