A newly-released propaganda video depicts North Korean soldiers engaging in live-fire military exercises against U.S. troops — sort of.
Each time tensions escalate between the two Koreas, North Korean military often engages in live-fire drills against effigies of their southern neighbor’s leaders. It then plays those clips on state TV.
Tensions have heightened once again, but this time the targets of their wrath are paper cutouts of U.S. troops.
