Astounded by missing Benghazi survivors, Van Susteren scolds congressman

“Where are the Benghazi survivors” is the question Fox News’ Greta Van Susteren asked on her show Monday evening after nearly six months has elapsed since the terrorist attack on Sept. 11.

Utah Rep. Jason Chaffetz told Van Susteren he is still unaware of even the names of those who survived the tragedy.

A frustrated Van Susteren, who remains committed to getting answers on the Benghazi attack, told Chaffetz, “Ok, I’ll tell you how to do it. You tell Secretary John Kerry to come up to Capitol Hill and you ask him the names. That’s the first thing.”

Van Susteren continued, “So, the Republicans run the House. Once you get the names, you don’t even have to have them for hearings, you can have depositions of them.”

Then the lawyer in Van Susteren came out as she said to Chaffetz, “You have got subpoena power. I don’t understand. Why are you all afraid to get the answers? Drop a subpoena on them and you get them under oath by order.”
