Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez dies

Venezuelan President Hugo Chávez died Tuesday at 4:25 pm after months spent battling cancer. He was 58.

Vice President Nicolas Maduro was visibly saddened as he reported the news.

From Fox News Radio:

His final years were spent fighting cancer, seeking medical care in Cuba and claiming to be a victim of U.S. assassination attempts.  With his death, there will undoubtedly be a quest for power between Chavez’s supporters and dissenters.  A quest that may not be peaceful.
