Venezuelan President Hugo Chávez died Tuesday at 4:25 pm after months spent battling cancer. He was 58.
Vice President Nicolas Maduro was visibly saddened as he reported the news.
From Fox News Radio:
His final years were spent fighting cancer, seeking medical care in Cuba and claiming to be a victim of U.S. assassination attempts. With his death, there will undoubtedly be a quest for power between Chavez’s supporters and dissenters. A quest that may not be peaceful.
