Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi’s office, along with the Federal Trade Commission, will host a town hall meeting on identity theft and tax fraud. The meeting will be held on Wednesday, Feb. 20, in Boca Raton from 9 a.m. until 12 p.m.
Bondi’s staff will address how to recognize the signs of identity theft and tax fraud, as well as how residents can safeguard themselves from these types of fraud. The meeting is free of charge and open to the public.
The location for the meeting is the Boca Raton Police Department Training Center, 6500 Congress Ave., Boca Raton, Fla. 33432.
