The announcement Friday by Fox News that Herman Cain has been hired as a contributor has set aside, at least for the moment, conspiracy theories that a “purge” is underway at the network.
Cain joins former Sen. Scott Brown, R-Mass., as the network’s latest addition, along with former U.S. Rep. Dennis Kucinich, D-Ohio, who came aboard in January.
The moves offset the surprise decision by former Alaskan Gov. Sarah Palin not to renew her contract and the network’s decision to let political commentator Dick Morris go.
As can be expected, news of Cain’s hiring did not sit well with the far left, which unloaded a barrage of racial attacks on the former restaurant executive and 2012 GOP presidential candidate, as noted by Twitchy.
Once the outspoken conservative joined Fox News as a contributor, right on cue, hateful lefties attacked him for thinking for himself and not toeing their preferred racial line:
Herman Cain = #1 house n*gger
Fox news has purchased a new token black man, the “Her-man” Cain. Cain will be playing the role of Samuel Jackson in #Django.
LOL fox found their token black guy RT @TPM: Herman Cain joins Fox News as a contributor: http://bit.ly/12pAdEk
Fox News has a permanent Uncle Tom on staff now with the addition of Hermain Cain.
Of course, this is just a small sampling of the vile comments captured by Twitchy. More can be viewed here.
As noted by BizPac’s Michael Dorstewitz in the article, ‘No whites allowed’ tutoring policy rocks Colo. school, America seems to have regressed from the 1960s civil rights movement goal of a world where a person is judged by the “content of his character” rather than “the color of his skin.”
