VIdeo: Jon Stewart mocks CNN’s coverage of ‘ship of stools’

Jon Stewart was laugh-out-loud funny on Thursday’s “Daily Show” as he mocked CNN’s all-day coverage of the stranded Carnival cruise ship, the Triumph.

Calling it the “ship of stools,” Stewart riffed on a CNN video clip of a mother watching her daughter waving to her aboard the ship.

“You’re not heroes, guys,” Stewart said to CNN. “It’s not a hostage situation or a baby in a well. You reconnected them? They weren’t supposed to see each other. She’s on a cruise for a few days.”

Stewart finished the segment with other “news” CNN neglected on the cruise coverage.

Funny stuff.
