War hero blasts administration for providing weaponry to our enemies

Bosnian War hero, Air Force Capt. Scott O’Grady, appeared on The Sean Hannity Show Tuesday evening and criticized the Obama administration for handing state-of-the-art F-16 fighter jets and M1A1 Abrams tanks over to the Muslim Brotherhood-controlled Egyptian government.

“We have to understand that Islam is not just a theology,” O’Gtady said. “It is a political ideology, and historically, from its origin has been militant. And anytime you have an Islamic theocracy, it is going to not be tolerant of Western secularism and it’s also going to be oppressive.”

“It’s also very open about their declared aggressiveness of being an enemy to our way of life,” he said. “So why do we want to aid our enemies?”

O’Grady was more disturbed about the delivery of 200 Abrams tanks than he was the F-16 fighter jets, saying that although “the F-16s are a formidable weapon” in a variety of combat settings, he was confident that the Israelis “could deal with the Egyptian Air Force.”

On the other hand, 200 Abrams tanks “would steamroll through the desert and be a definite threat to Israel’s southern flank.”
