Sen. Thune discusses taking Obama administration to court

U.S. Sen. John Thune, R-S.D., addresses a town hall meeting in Sioux Falls and discusses taking the Obama administration to court if it usurps its authority by unilaterally raising the debt ceiling.

“The executive branch, particularly under this president, has pushed the level of the envelope farther and farther all the time in terms of things they try to accomplish and sort of circumvent and go around the political process,” he said. “That’s why we have to dig in and fight if the president tries to step over some of those lines.”
