Adam Hasner is in the final stretch of a highly publicized political battle for the District 22 Congressional seat spanning Palm Beach and Broward counties. He was among friends and long time supporters in Boca Raton Thursday night, where he gave a rousing speech and introduced his mother as a Jewish, liberal Democrat.
Hasner told the ironic and funny story of how his mother was the campaign manager for his current opponent, Lois Frankel, when she ran for the Florida State House in 1986.
In her introduction, President of the Palms West Republican Club Janeen Capizola read from a recent endorsement written by Jack Furnari who has known Hasner for a long time.
