While the 2012 presidential election is still two weeks away, one CBS News affiliate KPHO in Arizona posted results on Friday showing President Obama beating Mitt Romney by a margin of 43 percent to 40 percent.
The results appeared for 17 seconds during an episode of The People’s Court. The graphic posted 99 percent of precincts reporting, but did not show who received the remaining 17 percent of the vote.
The Daily Caller attempted to reach the station manager at KPHO with no response.
