Chris Matthews tells Romney it’s unconstitutional to interrupt the President

On Wednesday night, MSNBC’s “Hardball” host Chris Matthews and BravoTV’s “Inside the Actor’s Studio” host James Lipton discussed the theatrics of the second presidential debate.

After playing a clip from the debate, Matthews said to Lipton, “I don’t think he [Romney] understands the Constitution of the United States. He’s the President of the United States. You don’t say, ‘You’ll get your chance.’”

I’m still thumbing through my copy of the U.S. Constitution. I haven’t found the “Don’t Interrupt the President of the United States” clause, but I’ll let you know when I do.
