Often the simple truth is more powerful than the most over-the-top campaign rhetoric.
Pundits predicted that Mitt Romney’s selection of Paul Ryan as his running mate would elevate the campaign and force an honest discussion of the issues. As if to prove the pundits right, the first Romney ad presented since Ryan joined the team focuses on the $716 billion raid on Medicare to help finance the Affordable Care Act.
