Public Policy Polling includes a few interesting names, but leaves out another – Dan Webster. Rumor has it that he may have an interest in this race, particularly when you take into account the redrawing of districts, which is expected to swing D8 heavily in favor of the enemy..the Progressives….the Democrat Party.

As for questioning Sarah Palin’s intelligence, this is a very familiar tactic that we saw play out with Ronald Reagan, a bachelor of arts graduate in economics-sociology from Eureka College, hardly an Ivy League school.
It seems the left evaluates the content of your cranium by which school you attended and by your IQ score.
Which reminds me of Presidential Historian Michael Beschloss, who said, “Barack Obama has the highest IQ of any President.” When asked what Obama’s IQ was, he replied, “I don’t know”.
Honestly, if you’ve been paying attention, this all comes as no surprise;

The current session of Congress finally closed its doors this past week with voters remaining largely as critical of it as they have been for months.
A new Rasmussen Reports national telephone survey finds that just 13% of ly U.S. Voters rate Congress’ performance as good or excellent, consistent with surveys for much of the last two years. Fifty-three percent (53%) say it’s been doing a poor job.
We have heard the old adage that if we forget the past, history will repeat itself.
What we are witnessing today is a power grab to advance an ideology, pure and simple. A power grab by an arrogant, condescending group of individuals who do not wish to be restrained by the confines put in place by our Founding Fathers.
Individuals who feel they are superior to the greatest collection of minds in the history of human kind.
Progressives ight in proclaiming that God is not mentioned in the Constitution.
But the Declaration of Independence does mention our Creator in the first two paragraphs along with the last. Our Declaration is the why of what our Founding Fathers did. The Constitution is the how.
The Declaration is the foundation, and the Constitution is the structure or framework of our government.
In 1897, Francis Pharcellus penned a famous response to eight-year-old Virginia O’Hanlon confirming the existence of Santa Claus.
In light of the many recent attacks by anti-Christian and atheist groups on God, Jesus Christ and the Bible, I thought it would be worthwhile to revisit the piece and update it for our time. There’s no telling how many children have driven by a billboard that denounces Christianity as a lie, or viewed a television ad ping fun at their faith.
In a world of political correctness and Christmas culture wars, Reagan’s national address is almost unbelievable! It is a breath of fresh Christmas air!
What happened to the politicians like him who are not afraid to hold fast to the Christian faith despite what others think or say about their beleifs?

So what does all this tell us? Contrary to the liberal stereotype of the hard-hearted right-winger, opposition to income-leveling is not evidence that one does not care about others.
Quite the contrary.
The millions of Americans who believe in limited government give disproportionately to others. This is in addition to—not instead of—their defense of our free-enterprise system, which gives the most people the most opportunities to earn their own success.
