This analysis of Florida´s rail initiatives is based on four years of study into the benefits and drawbacks of rail systems in Florida. Its goal is to give elected officials and taxpayers both sides of the rail argument so they can make informed decisions. Florida´s rail initiative may be the most important policy decision of our generation.

There are a dozen proposed rail projects in Florida but this analysis will focus on three; Tri-Rail in Miami, Sun Rail in Orlando, and high speed rail proposed throughout the State of Florida.

To avoid extinction, The Environmental Movement must find a way to overcome the intellectual collapse of the Climate Change Conspiracy.

Before it was co-opted by corrupt, self-promoting world leaders, the Environmental Movement was involved in noble initiatives like the conservation of natural habitats and clean water.

Once global re-distributionists hijacked the environmental cause, sound science and common sense solutions got thrown to the wayside.

Yet another refreshing change of pace – congressmen who not only talk the talk, but actually walk the walk.

And, an early sign that the residents of Central Florida chose well in selecting Sandy Adams and Dan Webster to represent them.

With many difficult decisions awaiting both, let’s hope that this is, to borrow from the in the movie Casablanca, ” the beginning of a beautiful friendship”.

There was much criticism from the left when Bill O’Reilly said we have a ‘Muslim problem in the world’, yet, there’s one commonality among all the individuals trying to blow Americans up – they’re all Muslims.

This political correctness and the appeasement mentality of Barack Obama and the far left is going to get an awful lot of American citizens killed.

Has enough time passed yet to take an honest lo at the overall results of the November election, from a tea party perspective?

Considering that we have a two party system at this point, I buy into the philosophy that we are conservatives in the primary and Republicans in the general. Now, should the Republican Party blow this second chance they’ve been given, and there are many who believe they will, this could very well be the catalyst that launches a meaningful third party in this country.

In a recent interview, Sarah Palin said to the interviewer that she will consider running for president if there is no one willing to do the job and take on the problems facing America. I think America is going to have to hold her to that promise.

The brutal reality of America is that an aristocracy has developed in Washington against the wishes of the founders of this country.

Editor’s Note – Unions always seem to benefit from legislation coming from the Progressive Left.

I’m sure it has absolutely nothing to do with the hundreds of millions of dollars the unions contribute to the Progressive Socialist Party, formerly known as the Democrat Party.

Veterans’ courts have been catching on nationwide over the past several years. The first veterans’ court was established in Buffalo, NY in January 2008, and according to the National Association of Drug Court Professionals, there are now 41 similar programs nationwide.

In Palm Beach County, veterans’ advocates and court officials have been working for about the past nine months to create a veteran-specific docket, and last Thursday, Palm Beach County Judge Ted Booras, a former Marine, presided over the first day of veterans’ only cases.
