NASA Chief: Next Frontier Better Relations With Muslim World

NASA Administrator Charles Bolden said in a recent interview that his “foremost” mission as the head of America’s space exploration agency is to improve relations with the Muslim world.
The Olive Branch Petition was adopted by the Continental Congress on July 5, 1775 in an attempt to avoid a full-blown war with Great Britain. The petition affirmed American loyalty to Great Britain and entreated the king to prevent further conflict.
The petition was rejected, and in August 1775 the colonies were formally declared in rebellion by the Proclamation of Rebellion.

There is at least one family dog that’s very happy to see it pass. As fun and exhilarating as fireworks may be for homo sapiens, many of our four-legged friends just don’t quite understand what all the fuss, and loud noises, is all about.
