Sandy Adams Wins Seminole County Republican Straw Poll

(Orlando, FL)  Saturday, Rep. Sandy Adams claimed victory in another straw poll, this one sponsored by The Seminole County Republican Executive Committee.  Representative Sandy Adams continues to win the support of fellow conservatives with her consistent message of tested and proven, conservative leadership.

“I appreciate the hard work the Seminole County Republicans do for all Republican campaigns. I am proud to see a group working together to help elect strong conservative leaders.”  Adams said.

She continued, “Our message is resonating across the board with Republican/grassroots organizations, Tea Party activists, and citizens across District 24.  They are demanding leaders that will stand up to the runaway spending, get government out of our lives, fight tax increases and create jobs.” Adams said.

This is the third Central Florida straw poll Adams has won since the campaign to unseat Democrat incumbent Suzanne Kosmas began.  Adams also won the Orange County Republican Executive Committee straw poll held in November 2009 and the Tea Party Straw Poll in February 2010.

Straw poll results included the following:

Sandy Adams   41%
Craig Miller  25%
Karen Diebel  25%
Tom Garcia  8%
Deon Long  1%

“I feel very good about our message and our strong grassroots campaign.  Every day we are building momentum towards the ultimate goal of winning back the 24th Congressional District,” said Adams.
