CITY HALL TEA PARTY FOCUSES ON “WE THE PEOPLE”
Citizens, Activists To Make Their Voices Heard

ORLANDO — Tomorrow, Tea Party activists will take to the streets of Orlando again. In addition to hearing from conservative leaders, attendees will be given a chance to make their voices heard during the Freedom Forum portion of the program. The Freedom Forum will take place in between the guest speakers and activists will be drawn out of the crowd at random to speak their minds.

The Tea Party at City Hall, which is being organized by Tea Party Patriots LIVE radio show hosts Jason Hoyt, Tom Tillison, and Barbara Seidenberg, is just one part of what will be a very busy week for activists in Central Florida. Earlier in the day a luncheon will be held in Altamonte Springs with Congressman Steve King (R-IA), nationally syndicated talk radio show host Mike Gallagher, and Dr. Jack Cassell (the doctor who told patients that voted for Obama to seek care “elsewhere”). Event organizers are also planning a Tea Party on April 15 at the Osceola County Courthouse in Kissimmee.

“This is going to be one of the most exciting events we have ever planned. We have great guests lined up, two very talented musicians to entertain the crowd, and a call to action for the people,” said Tillison. “Its time for the movement to evolve past just holding big rallies and I think you are starting to see that. The Orlando Tea Party has been holding candidate forums, Eat and Greets with candidates, hob-nobs, and we show an educational video series twice a week all as a way to reach our ultimate goal: to affect policy”

Proving the point that health care is still front and center in the minds of voters, three of the scheduled speakers will address health care issues. Rep. King will talk about the need for 100% repeal of Obamacare. State Rep. Plakon will talk about HJR37, the Florida Health Care Freedom Act, and Dr. Cassell will talk about the impact of Obamacare on doctors.
