Sean Hannity updates President Trump on the status of Judge Jeanine Pirro’s job

She’s back, Jack!

Fox News host Judge Jeanine Pirro is slated to make her return to TV on Saturday, fellow host Sean Hannity revealed during a phone interview Wednesday with President Donald Trump.

The announcement was made hurriedly on Fox News’ “Hannity” as the president was contrasting the mainstream media’s Russian collusion delusion with the conservative media’s honest reporting.

“Fortunately, we have had some incredible people that really were fair,” Trump said. “When you mention Rush [Limbaugh] or Mark Levin, or Steve Doocy, and Ainsley [Earhardt] in the morning, and Brian [Kilmeade] and Laura [Ingraham], Jesse [Watters], Jeanine [Pirro] — I hope Jeanine’s back soon.”

Hannity then quickly interjected to say, “She’s back Saturday.”

Yes!

Listen:

The president continued talking over Hannity, so if it’s unclear whether he heard him.

“So many. I don’t want to keep going because I’m going to leave out so many. I could again go so long. So many great people have been — they get it,”  he said.

Pirro and her Saturday evening program,  “Justice w/ Judge Jeanine,” disappeared from Fox’s lineup two weeks ago after the host theorized on air that perhaps anti-Semitic Muslim congresswoman Ilhan Omar’s anti-Semitism is a product of her Islamic faith.

“This is not who your party is,” Pirro said of the Democrats. “Your party is not anti-Israel. She is. Think about this. [Omar] is not getting this anti-Israel sentiment doctrine from the Democrat Party. So if it’s not rooted in the party, where is she getting it from?”

“Omar wears a hijab, which according to the Quran 33:59, tells women to cover so they won’t get molested. Is her adherence to this Islamist doctrine indicative of her adherence to sharia law, which is antithetical to the U.S. Constitution?”

Her disappearance provoked massive backlash from Fox’s base, with many accusing the network of selling out to the left and abandoning its commitment to free speech.

It didn’t help that days after Pirro’s disappearance, the network hired Democrat cheat Donna Brazile as a contributor, while the network’s parent company, Fox Corporation, tagged widely despised former House Speaker Paul Ryan to serve on its board of directors.

Even the president took note of what was happening.

In tweets posted a day after the judge’s initial disappearance, he blasted Fox for “working soooo hard on being politically correct” and pleaded with the network to “stay strong and fight back with vigor” against the left’s demands that Pirro be silenced and perhaps even fired.

Look:

When Pirro’s Saturday program was again preempted by the FNC-produced documentary “Scandalous: The Trial of William Kennedy Smith” last Saturday, the anger reached a fevered pitch, with many proclaiming on social media that Fox News was “dead” to them.

Look:

Perhaps Hannity’s announcement will spur them into coming back?

To be clear, neither Fox nor the judge have confirmed her slated return. As of Thursday morning, Pirro’s Twitter account still remained drearily empty and quiet.

The last time she tweeted was the day that she delivered the allegedly offensive monologue about Omar that triggered her what appears to be two-week suspension.
