It’s beginning to look as if the only person NOT colluding with someone is President Donald Trump.
In a highly interesting segment of Monday’s program, Fox News’ Laura Ingraham explored the possibility that the FBI was colluding with the intelligence community against Trump and one thing was determined with certitude: if there’s such a thing as the deep state, former CIA Director John Brennan is part of it.
Brennan injected himself in the middle of the controversy swirling around the firing of former FBI deputy director Andy McCabe when he took to Twitter to attack Trump in defense of McCabe.
And he didn’t try to hide his contempt for the president, labeling him “a disgraced demagogue.”
When the full extent of your venality, moral turpitude, and political corruption becomes known, you will take your rightful place as a disgraced demagogue in the dustbin of history. You may scapegoat Andy McCabe, but you will not destroy America…America will triumph over you. https://t.co/uKppoDbduj

Retired FBI assistant director Chris Swecker took part in a panel on the show and slammed Brennan, saying he “was still working for President Obama while he was working for President Trump.”
Brennan resigned when Trump took office and was said to be “bitter” that he wasn’t retained by the president, according to The Washington Times.
“I have never seen so much politicization at the tops of these two agencies, the FBI and the CIA,” Swecker said — he would later characterized the firing of former FBI deputy director Andy McCabe as the bureau “cleaning its own house.”
“It’s something I hate to concede, I hate to admit, but under Director [James] Comey, clearly there was an agenda to kill the Clinton email investigation and not even let the [Clinton] Foundation investigation continue,” he added.

Fox News contributor Byron York detailed how the FBI got off on “a really bad foot” with Trump when Comey told then President-elect Trump about the Russian dossier.
“First face-to-face meeting with the FBI and they tell him, ‘By the way, we know about you and those hookers in Moscow,'” York said.
Ingraham suggested that it may have been “meant to rattle the president.”
Terry Lane, a retired FBI special agent, was asked to respond to Brennan’s tweet ripping the president, and he did not mince his words in addressing the former CIA director’s “idiotic statement.”
“I’ll tell you like we say in Texas, Brennan is an idiot,” Lane said. “He has no idea how the FBI operates, his agency operates completely different. Although they take an oath to the Constitution, they don’t follow the Constitution as we have to.”
The former FBI agent then made a chilling observation.
“I don’t know that there’s a deep state, but if there is, I’m absolutely certain Brennan is a part of that deep state,” Lane said.
