Gina Rodriguez, a lawyer for Daniels, whose real name is Stephanie Clifford, told the Associated Press that her client believes that Trump lawyer Michael Cohen violated a non-disclosure agreement when he revealed on Tuesday that he paid the porn actress $130,000 just before the 2016 election.

Cohen is also reportedly shopping a tell-all book in which he promised to tell about the alleged affair.

“Everything is off now, and Stormy is going to tell her story,” Rodriguez told the AP.

The Wall Street Journal reported the payment last month. Cohen released a letter attributed to Daniels at the time denying having a sexual relationship with Trump.

The pair reportedly met in 2006 at a celebrity golf tournament in Las Vegas.

Cohen made the disclosure about the Daniels payment amid pressure from the Federal Election Commission, which is investigating whether the payment is a violation of campaign finance laws.

In a statement to The New York Times on Tuesday, Cohen claimed that he paid Daniels out of his own pocket. He said that neither the Trump campaign nor the Trump Organization, the Trump family’s real estate company, reimbursed him for the expense.

“Neither the Trump Organization nor the Trump campaign was a party to the transaction with Ms. Clifford, and neither reimbursed me for the payment, either directly or indirectly,” Cohen told The Times. “The payment to Ms. Clifford was lawful, and was not a campaign contribution or a campaign expenditure by anyone.”

Cohen’s statement left open the possibility that he was reimbursed by Trump himself.

Daniels has made several media appearances following the reports of the alleged affair. But she has avoided discussing the allegations of a relationship with Trump.
