It seems the wife of former President Richard Nixon had a gift for predicting the future.
The 37th president penned a letter to Donald Trump exactly 30 years ago and offered the future president some encouragement. The letter also included an amazing prediction.

In the letter, dated Dec. 21, 1987, Nixon referred to his wife, former first lady Pat Nixon, who watched an interview Trump did on a talk show.
“Dear Donald, I did not see the program but Mrs. Nixon told me that you were great on ‘The Donahue Show,’” Nixon wrote.
“As you can imagine, she is an expert on politics and she predicts that whenever you decide to run for office you will be a winner!”
A 2015 Trump biography by Michael D’Antonio made the letter public.
“It was just amazing that he wrote it,” Trump told Fox News during an interview in November 2016. “It was very interesting,” he added. “He always wanted me to run for office.”

Nixon served as president from 1969 until 1974, when he he became the only U.S. president to resign from office. He died in 1994 at the age of 81.
