Megyn Kelly doubles down against Trump with Andrea Mitchell, says he’d have a hard time in court

Megyn Kelly is going hard after President Donald Trump.

The ex-Fox News anchor joined her former network’s competition on Monday to slam Trump over sexual misconduct allegations.

Kelly featured three Trump accusers on Monday morning for her own NBC show that has failed to gain an audience. But she kept the conversation going when she appeared as a guest on MSNBC’s “Andrea Mitchell Reports” later that night.

“I used to practice law for 10 years,” Kelly told host Andrea Mitchell. “As a practical matter, the consistency of the allegations and his own admissions on tape deliver a problematic case to him.”

Kelly predicted that Trump would have an uphill battle should he ever face the allegations in court.

“One of the women who was on my show this morning talked about how he came backstage at the Miss USA pageant,” Kelly said. “She was Miss North Carolina at the time.”

Kelly said she had been told that Trump had lined up the women like “pieces of meat” before eyeing them up and down.

“[He] lined them up like pieces of meat, she said, and looked them up and down in the privacy of the dressing room.” Kelly continued. “Donald Trump is on tape with Howard Stern admitting he liked to do that, even though he’s called this woman a liar.”

Kelly said she believes there are between 16 and 20 women who’ve made allegations against Trump and said she spoke to some that were too afraid of retribution to come forward.

When addressing U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations Nikki Haley’s statement that the Trump accusers should be able to tell their stories, Kelly doubled down.

“Good for her,” Kelly said. “Because this should not break down across partisan lines. Either you’re for women or you’re not. Either you want women to be able to tell their stories or you don’t.”

President Trump has categorically denied the allegations of sexual misconduct.

New York Democrat Sen. Kristen Gillibrand recently ditched her very recent passionate support of both Bill and Hillary Clinton in an effort to smear Trump over the accusations. After Gillibrand demanded Trump resign from office over the unproven allegations, the President fired back with a blistering shot on Tuesday morning.

Meanwhile, the investigation into alleged collusion between the Trump campaign and Russia appears to be imploding. Many conservatives believe this newly resurfaced line of attack against Trump is the Democrats’ next coordinated attempt to discredit, if not take down the duly elected President.
