As Alabama senate election goes down to the wire, Roy Moore and Doug Jones race is a TIE

The New York Times is reporting that Moore and Jones are tied in the Alabama Senate race.

Moments later, with 88 percent of precincts reporting, Doug Jones took a 0.8 percent lead. This is obviously going to be one of the tightest Senate races in recent memory, and over 1 million voters have turned out.

Update: Roy Moore is now up by 31 votes according to Decision Desk HQ!

The AP is calling it for Doug Jones!

Decision Desk called the election for Jones at 10:26 p.m. EST.

Fox News, which had Jones ahead by 10 points in a recent poll, has it as “too close to call”:
