Saturday Night Live lampoons Harvey Weinstein, NOT!

“Saturday Night Live” ignored the Harvey Weinstein scandal on the second episode of its 43rd season on Saturday.

Despite the show being hosted by “Wonder Woman” star Gal Gadot, there was no mention of the Hollywood director who was outed for making unwanted sexual advances against Ashley Judd, Rose McGowan and many other women, for decades.

Colin Jost and Michael Che didn’t even mention the scandal during the show’s “Weekend Update” segment which recaps the week’s news, notwithstanding the fact that it was one of the biggest news stories of the week.

Perhaps the sketch comedy show has taken its cue from Hillary Clinton, who based the majority of her campaign on fighting for women, but has yet to address the Weinstein scandal.

Weinstein donated heavily to both of Clinton’s presidential campaigns, and to her husband, former President Bill Clinton’s campaigns.

The Clintons are merely two of many Democrats that Weinstein has fundraised for. The list includes former President Obama, who he was considered a “bundler” for, Elizabeth Warren, Cory Booker and many others.

Weinstein was so cozy with President Obama that former first daughter Malia Obama interned for his company this past year.

Weinstein gave his fellow Hollywood liberals a wink and a nod in the statement he released announcing that he was taking a leave of absence from his company amid the scandal. In it, he insisted that he was going to use the time off to go after President Donald Trump and the National Rifle Association.

Fmr Fox News reporter comes forward with shocking personal story of what Harvey Weinstein did to her

Which, coincidentally, SNL joined him in, as it preached gun control during the aforementioned “Weekend Update” segment.

The Weinstein scandal was not mentioned by one late night host. Bill Maher, Jimmy Fallon, Trevor Noah, Seth Meyers, who did find the time to fight President Trump on Twitter, and crying Jimmy Kimmel, who battled Donald Trump Jr., all said nothing about Weinstein.
