Tim Tebow blasted a home run after inspiring moment with autistic boy … and then it got even better

He’s got the magic touch.

Tim Tebow, the former Denver Broncos quarterback who now plays baseball for the St. Lucie Mets, made a young, autistic fan’s day when he walked over and shook his hand before his at-bat in a July 29 game against the Charlotte Stone Crabs, the Tampa Bay Times reported.

The 9-year-old, Seth Bosch, made his way through the crowd and got to the netting that separates the players from the fans. That’s where he caught the attention of Tebow, who was in the on deck circle preparing for his at-bat.

The 29-year-old star walked over to Bosch, who stuck his hand through the netting, and shook the youngsters hand.

Bosch was so overcome with emotion that he cried when he got back to his seat, next to his mother Ilene Bosch.

“When Seth came back to his seat, he was crying,” she told the Times.

But then something incredible happened.

“Sethy,” the child’s mom said to him as they got set to watch Tebow take his swings. “Now he’s gonna hit a home run.”

And hit a dinger he did.

A three-run shot that brought Seth’s mom to tears.

“I started crying too,” she said. “How does that happen? I think God brought Seth and Tim together.”

But the young man’s special day wasn’t done.

After the game, Tebow made his way into the stands and met Bosch personally, gave him a hug and took pictures with him, the Times reported.

Tebow, a devout Christian, has a history of being one of the kindest people in sports.

In 2014, Tebow took the time to pay off Christmas shopper’s layaway bills.

In 2016, following the Pulse Nightclub terrorist attack, Tebow came back from the Bahamas to visit an old high school teammate who was injured in the shooting.
