Celebs, media report Ariana Grande to pay funeral expenses of victims without a shred of evidence

A Twitter fan account for pop star Ariana Grande has claimed that the singer has offered to pay for the funerals of those who died after her concert in Manchester, England was struck by a suicide bomber.

The account, “Ariana Updates!,” which is not verified, sent the tweet on Wednesday and it was picked up by various celebrities and news agencies who reported it as factual.

But  the claim has not been corroborated by Grande or her representatives.

“News on Ariana: Ariana has reached out to the families who’s loves ones died last night….she is gonna pay for the funerals!” the tweet read.

The account also appears to be pushing some type of conspiracy theory that the number 22 has something to do with this, and other, attacks.

The account is relatively new as it was started on May 14, but the original tweet has been retweeted more than 35,000 times.

It was even retweeted by celebrities like gossip columnist Perez Hilton, singer Jonny Drubel, and several radio stations.
