Dramatic footage captured the exact moment an Ohio man accused of repeatedly raping a 10-year-old girl before killing the child and her grandparents in a house fire jumped to his death.
“That was an evil, evil man,” a prosecutor on the scene said of the deceased man, according to The Vindicator.

Robert Seman faced the death penalty if convicted of the 2015 deaths of Corinne Gump, 10, and her grandparents, William and Judith Schmidt.
He was coming from a final status hearing in the case set to begin Wednesday when he leaped from the fourth floor balcony to the rotunda below. A courthouse employee told The Vindicator that Seman hit the marble floor so hard, the building shook.
Seman was escorted by two officers, with one in front of him and one behind. Prior to jumping, he slowed his gait enough to allow the officer behind him to draw even and that’s when he made his break and went over the rail.
