What could possibly make evangelical Christians and radical feminists team up for the same fight?

A surprising coalition has come together to fight Barack Obama’s transgender bathroom mandate on schools.

Appearing on Tucker Carlson’s Fox News show, The Family Policy Alliance and the far more liberal Women’s Liberation Front (WoLF) have joined together to eliminate Obama’s fiat regulation, according to Fox News Insider.

Renewed calls to get rid of Fox News’ Shepard Smith after he’s unable to control his contempt for Trump

Kara Dansky, the chairwoman of WoLF, told Carlson that Obama’s 2016 mandate is unfair. She opposed the idea that just because certain men want to claim to be a woman that they should all of a sudden be allowed to take benefits under the federal education rule called Title IX, a rule that was originally meant to level the playing field for women in education.

Dansky first told Carlson that she was “proud” to be called a “radical feminist,” so any thought that making common cause with a conservative group might make her less than a staunch feminist was completely wrong. She then insisted that her group feels that “women and girls” are a meaningful category and needs protection.

“We think that ‘women and girls’ are a meaningful category worthy of civil rights protection,” Dansky told Carlson. “If we define sex, under Title IX, to mean gender identity, what we’re essentially saying is that ‘women and girl’ can mean anyone who self-identifies as ‘women and girl,’ which makes the category ‘women and girls’ meaningless as a category.”

Dansky went on to attack those who call her and her group “transphobic bigots” just because they are standing up for the rights of real, biological women.

“We’re asking questions and we’re standing up for women and girls. And that seems to be not permitted,” she added.
