Milwaukee County Sheriff David A. Clarke Jr. didn’t mince words in reacting to Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi calling Ben Carson “disturbingly unqualified” to be Secretary of Housing and Urban Development.
Pelosi has been called on to apologize for what has been called a racist attack, and Clarke took it even further by taking to social media to ask “who is she to stand in judgement” of the retired neurosurgeon.
“Dr. Ben Carson is a neurosurgeon. Nancy Pelosi is a two-bit political hack. Who is she to stand in judgement of Dr. Carson’s qualifications?” the sheriff tweeted.

Clarke posed a great question and he’s not alone in his take on the San Francisco liberal.
Social media users were quick to weigh in on the comparison of Pelosi and Carson, with one aptly characterizing it: “Brain surgeon vs bird brain.”
