Absurd Politico headline on what Trump inherited from Obama leaves people doubled over

Plenty of words come to mind when thinking of the economy under President Obama.

“Boom” is not one of them.

The absurd headline from Politico was meant to be serious, which made it all the more entertaining.

The left continues to live in denial and apparently liberal media publications think the public will go along for the ride.

The headline of this story was only the tip of the iceberg as the liberal publication reported:

“But the latest numbers show the president-elect will in fact inherit a fairly robust economy with the lowest jobless rate in nearly a decade, record home and stock prices and a healthy growth rate.”

Are they talking about the same U.S. economy?

“Trump instead will take office with an economy near full employment and wages and spending rising. The economy is in such strong shape that the Federal Reserve is likely to raise interest rates again later this month to try and cool things off.”

Wow.

If there is an economic “boom” going on, the voters must have made a mistake rejecting Hillary Clinton and Obama’s legacy by electing Donald Trump.
