Unbelievable showdown when Pro-Trump columnist obliterates ‘totally biased’ CNN

CNN was just handed its head on a platter courtesy of a guest who slammed the network to its face in an epic moment during a live interview.

UK Daily Mail columnist Katie Hopkins clashed with CNN’s Hala Gorani as she trashed the network Thursday for its biased reporting against Donald Trump.

In a scathing attack, the British journalist called the network the “Clinton News Network” and blasted their news coverage as “totally biased” and their polls “meaningless.”

Gorani began by asking Hopkins if she thought Trump would win the election.

“I think he’s going to win. I think you guys are in for a big surprise which I am quite excited about,” Hopkins replied. “I think we have seen a very similar thing here in the UK with Brexit. We saw a lot of the liberal press kind of sneering at Brexiteers. We see a lot of the sneering that we’re seeing from the Clinton News Network.”

Gorani quickly corrected her, “That’s CNN, you’re calling us the Clinton News Network.”

“That’s exactly correct,” Hopkins said.

The CNN anchor attempted to argue that CNN was balanced because it used facts and polls to back up reports, but Hopkins was not buying what Gorani was selling.

“I’m bored of the polls, I think none of us need to take any notice of them whatsoever,” she countered.

“What I will say, having sat in the Republican convention in Cleveland and watched your news network, it is entirely biased I think in coverage. I think Trump is going a great job,” Hopkins said. Gorani then attacked back about her guest throwing around accusations without being able to back them up with facts.

The two women spoke over each other multiple times as Gorani seemed to get more flustered by Hopkins, who said she supports Trump because he is someone who “gets things done.”

“You were just saying how Trump really struggles with women,” Hopkins said, turning to another hot point. “You guys seem to love presenting us women, and I am vaguely a woman, as victims. I don’t see myself as a victim. Many women, hard-working women, don’t see themselves as victims. And we can also look at other polls, that say 70 per cent of individuals find Clinton to be utterly distasteful.”

“I find her abhorrent to look at. Her little smile there does nothing for me,” she said, later referring to Clinton as “just a wife of an ex-president.”

Gorani’s attempts to regain control seemed futile, leading her to ultimately declare “This conversation is actually going completely off the rails. ”
