Hillary Clinton, the “tragic over-laugher.”
Of all the information revealed in the treasure-trove of WikiLeaks emails about the Democratic nominee, the revelation that key supporters discussed Clinton’s tendency to laugh out loud at inappropriate times may be the most entertaining.
A peculiarity rationalized as being a product of “her authentic weirdness.”

After Clinton’s testimony before the House Benghazi committee in September 2015, Clinton strategist Luke Albee wrote to campaign chairman John Podesta.
“Thought she was really good. Really good. She sometimes laughs a little too hard at jokes that aren’t that funny. Other than that…A,” Albee wrote.
Podesta replied, “Laughing too hard is her authentic weirdness.”
“Fox & Friends” co-host Brian Kilmeade dubbed Clinton a “tragic over-laugher” on Monday’s show.
“Her own team mocks their own candidate,” he said. “Incredible.”
A quick scan of social media shows that Clinton’s laugh is annoying to quite a few folks… here’s a small sampling of comments from Twitter:
