‘Insanely powerful’ scene as press is met with boos and jeers at Trump rally

The press corps that follows Donald Trump from event to event got an unceremonious welcome in Cincinnati on Thursday night.

As the press pool filed into the U.S. Bank Arena, where tens of thousands of Trump supporters awaited the Republican presidential nominee, they were greeted with chants of “CNN sucks” and “Tell the truth.”

It was similar to a scene hours earlier as the press left Trump’s West Palm Beach, Florida event as crowds called them “press-titutes,” according to the Columbus Dispatch.

“The most powerful weapon deployed by the Clintons is the corporate media,” Trump said at his West Palm Beach event. “The reporters collaborate and conspire directly with the Clinton campaign on helping her win the election all over.”
