Hillary asks America for a performance review; much to her displeasure, America responds

Does she really want to go there?

Hillary Clinton responded to Donald Trump’s scathing assessment of her performance in office Thursday night by asking America to “review the record.”

During his acceptance speech at the Republican National Convention, Trump took Clinton’s performance as secretary of state to task.

“America is far less safe and the world is far less stable than when Obama made the decision to put Hillary Clinton in charge of America’s foreign policy,” he told the delegates and guests.

He eviscerated her “bad instincts and her bad judgement,” which, as a result, “ISIS has spread across the region and the entire world. Libya is in ruins and our ambassador and his staff was left to die. Egypt and Iraq Iran Syria civil war, refugee crisis. After 15 years of wars in the Middle East, after trillions of dollars spent, after thousands of lives lost, the situation in Middle East is worse than ever. Death, destruction, terrorism, and weakness – the legacy of Hillary Clinton.”

Clinton snarkly tweeted in reply:

The responses came thick and fast.

Several people made reference to the White House situation room photo taken during the raid and killing of the then-al-Qaida leader Osama bin Laden that she’d attached to her tweet.

And what’s the result of her performance review?

And finally, one person made this spot-on observation:

The old adage, “If you don’t wasnt to know the answer, don’t ask the question” applies here — in spades.
