The mainstream media keeps insisting police violence is an “epidemic” in America, but how true is that assessment?

A YouTube video by a group that calls itself the Freeway Patrol Media Relations Office, a fictional law enforcement agency, provided some insight. Using data from 2012, the agency reported that the number of excessive force incidents by police is remarkably low
