Khloe Kardashian has filed for divorce from her husband Lamar Odom…again.

The divorce document, filed Thursday, cites irreconcilable differences as it did the first time it was filed in December 2013, TMZ reported.

That first petition for divorce was dismissed weeks before becoming final when Odom, a former NBA star player for the Los Angeles Lakers, was found unconscious at a Nevada brothel in October of last year.

Kardashian had dismissed the divorce in an effort to help Odom in his recovery, according to TMZ. There was no romantic intention behind her move, and she planned to eventually split from Odom, whom she married in 2009.

Pictures on TMZ of Odom drinking again in March were apparently the end of the line for Kardashian, who now awaits the California legal system. Divorces are not legal until six months after filing in the state.

The couple have a prenuptial agreement and a property arrangement that was worked out the first time, TMZ reported. The split is an amicable one and Kardashian intends to return to using her maiden name once the divorce is final.
