Stunning surveillance video: Airport security handed man laptop they say detonated on board plane

In this telling video, a man disguised as airport security handed a man a laptop believed to be packing explosives that detonated aboard a Daallo Airlines jet.

It was handed over after he had gone through and apparently cleared security check points, the Daily Mail reported.

“The National Intelligence and Security Agency (NISA) believes the passenger is the suicide bomber who was blown from the Daallo Airlines jet creating a gaping hole in the fuselage and forcing the plane to make an emergency landing back at the Mogadishu airport.”

The pilot admitted that had the bomb been detonated at a higher altitude, the plane would have likely crashed killing everyone on board.

Luckily, the only man who died was the suicide bomber, who was sucked out of the hole in the plane caused by his bomb; two others were injured.

Somali officials have arrested 15 people believed to be connected to the scheme.
